Intermezzo: New Dining Concept at the Four Seasons Silicon Valley

   I discovered the luxurious approach to portion control last night. I experienced bomboloni, or bite sized beignets with a decadent caramel dip. I was at the Four Seasons Silicon Valley in Palo Alto to celebrate the opening of Quattro restaurant’s new concept, Intermezzo.  Quattro’s Northern Italian cuisine and the Intermezzo style is representative of Executive Chef Marco Fossati.

Intermezzo is an open space which creates a lounge-like atmosphere perfect for post-work cocktails or simple relaxation with friends. The feel of the new space was upscale without being stuffy, and the design not too swanky and chic. Signature Four Season classicism in a Northern Californian setting.
